Like you, we are following guidance from public health authorities closely to mitigate risk.  We have taken proactive protective measures – from increased cleaning of our facilities, temperature screening at our offices, implemented work from home policies for employees, limit business travels and face-face meetings.

We know our users depend on our products and supplies, and especially in times like these.

Given that we are unsure how the situation will evolve in the weeks ahead.  For prudence, we recommend that our users stock up 4 weeks of ink and printhead consumables.  This is to avoid any potential or unforeseen shipping delays that may impact your business.
